DMCA Policy for Roy Keane

Roy Keane ("this website") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at https://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Roy Keane service that are reported to our designated Copyright Agent, identified below.

Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Roy Keane service by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our designated Copyright Agent.   5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material you posted on the Roy Keane service was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by submitting a written notification to our designated Copyright Agent. Pursuant to the DMCA, the Counter-Notice must include substantially the following:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: This includes the URL(s) or other specific location(s) on the Roy Keane service where the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
